Today is the day to connect this yourself
We will meet at the time you chose and start our yoga practice
We will start with a gentle warm up to make our mind and body ready to move. Then, we will slowly move on into a more dynamic practice, doing a smooth flow of different postures leading with our breath. We will close the practice with a nice savasana posture to allow our body to rest and our mind to focus on the moment.
